Too many english books to read : this one will be reading in a long time ! And not in the mood for read this sort of books for the moment. Lend to Chlorine which wanted to read it (Goodreads "To read" note). Take all your time.

Melanie goes to school every day (except on weekends of course) and loves it, and especially loves to hear her teacher read greek myths to the class. She doesn't wonder why she and the rest of the class are always strapped to wheelchairs when they are out of their cells...

I wasn't crazy about this book at first, and thought the story relied too much on coincidences. Then I came to like that the characters are not stereotyped and that the author knows how to throw a puch or two here and there.
Finally I thought the ending was great!

I'll bring it back to florence71 at the next Paris meetup.

Well, as we all know, 2020 turned out to be a different kind of year, so I had no rush to read this book. This October, I finally did. And I liked it!
