I have my own collection of Newbery Medal Winners and another copy of this book (the 1959 Medal Winner) is amongst them, but it's been a long time since I read it. I also read a stageplay adapted from it once upon a time, when I was very involved with theatre.
This is my second bookcrossing copy of this book; I bought it at a charity shop in Kitchener just to share it. I had an idea about releasing it last time that didn't work out; maybe this time I'll get to follow through on my original thought.
